What is it about?
Lean on me is about the learning of basic principles and different facets of culture (e.g. function, plurality, cultural lense), and engaging with own patterns of thinking and behaviour regarding different cultural dimensions.
Further learning and discussion focuses on attentively dealing with different organisational cultures within your company, and thus creating constructive work relationships.
The workshop also creates a deeper knowledge regarding the importance of conflicts for strengthening work relationships. Reflect on your own conflict patterns and widen your ability to find solutions in situations of conflict.
This is supported by peer exchange and working on individual case studies.
