What is it about?

When participants have finished their core trainings, they access the pick-your-focus line.

To respond to the different requirements a leadership program needed to provide, we developed the Leadership Growth Design. This is a concept that provides leaders with a development path that includes mandatory focus topics as well as a wide range of training topics that can be assembled dependent on individual needs. So this design can react promptly and flexibly to all leaders needs by providing what they need in terms of actual topics and program content.
