CONTRACT Academy
The CONTRACT Academy is a development program for students in their final year of study. Since 2022, it has taken place annually in South Africa. In 2025, a German group participated for the first time. The goal is to equip students with the key competencies they need to start a career in the field of consulting and moderation.
Generation Journey 22-24
This is a project within the corporate group. With the “newbies” of our organizations, we conduct a workshop series. The goals are to convey the history and values of the World of CONTRACT and to horizontally network people across the companies.
Fanita English Website
The “Fanita English” project is aimed at the general public. Fanita English has significantly contributed to the development of transactional analysis. Its methods and philosophy are highly relevant for personal development in economic contexts. We will provide their contributions in the form of an edited literature collection and explanatory videos to all interested persons on the website fanita-english.com.
Polarisierungsstudie
In recent years, global events such as the Corona pandemic, political polarization, societal divisions and discussions about racism, privileges, and environmental issues have changed the way people interact with each other. Especially in industry, professional and operational leaders are faced with employees who are strongly influenced by these societal changes. These dynamics present leaders with new challenges in communication, conflict resolution and team management.
The aim of the study is to better understand the challenges and needs of leaders in an increasingly polarized social and industrial environment and to provide them with practical recommendations for action.
